Caravana del Sabor is an informational directory for general guidance only. We don’t guarantee the accuracy of hours, locations or permit status — all of that is self-reported by the truck’s owner. Always confirm directly with the truck before making a special trip.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Caravana del Sabor you accept these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. What the service is

Caravana del Sabor is a directory and map that helps people find Latin food trucks in NYC, based on information each owner provides directly about their own business. It’s a product of ConectaNYC. We are not a regulatory agency and we do not verify vending permits.

3. For truck owners: your listing

By submitting or editing your listing you confirm you are the owner (or directly authorized), that the information is accurate as of publication, and that you are not impersonating another business. New submissions are reviewed before they go live. You can request edits or deletion of your listing at any time by emailing [email protected].

4. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to create fake listings or impersonate another business, use automated tools to scrape the site, use directory contact information for spam, attempt to breach site security, or use the service in any way that violates applicable law.

5. Accuracy of data

Each listing’s information is entered by its owner and offered "as is." We make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness or currency, and are not responsible for decisions made based on it.

6. Intellectual property

The name "Caravana del Sabor," its logo and design are owned by ConectaNYC. Each truck owner retains ownership of their own listing’s content.

7. Third-party services

We use Cloudflare for hosting, database (D1), file storage (R2) and sign-in (Access), and OpenStreetMap/Leaflet for the map. We are not responsible for the availability of these services.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caravana del Sabor and ConectaNYC are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any listing that violates these terms or contains false information.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
